The problem
A recent job took place at Waterside Hotel and Leisure Club, as flooding had occurred by the roundabout outside the main entrance to the premises. This posed a risk to the business, especially in terms of safe access for vehicles and pedestrians.
Luckily, it wasn’t a challenge for MBH Plumbing and Drainage, as our combination of experience, skills and professional equipment were perfectly suited to getting everything back to normal quickly and affordably.
Our solution
Using a powerful jet vac, we removed the silt and other debris to allow all of the drains to run freely again. In the process, we mapped the drains so that the facilities team at Waterside know which way they run, which helps to keep the drainage system operating at full efficiency.
Whilst there, we were also asked to clear the gully towards the back of the car park. The area had a lot of build-up, especially at this time of year when leaves, dislodged soil and other materials naturally make a mess.
By the time we left the site after four hours of focused work, the drains were working perfectly, the gully was clear, and the customer was extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided.
